Drop-In Art Lab
Enjoy the free drop-in Art Lab at BAMPFA (Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive) on Saturdays from 11 PM to 7 PM. This includes art, collages, prints, and more. All ages are invited.
SantaCon at Union Square
Saturday, December 7, the annual SantaCon will be taking place at Union Square. Thousands of people parading around dressed as Santa fill the area in San Francisco. It starts at 12 PM and goes until 6 PM.
Spice Monkey Comedy Show
On December 14 at 9 PM, at the Spice Monkey Restaurant and Bar in Oakland, a comedy show will take place. There will be a mixture of up and coming performers and more experienced comedians.
Yoga to the People
Yoga to the People is a yoga studio on Shattuck Ave. that offers classes for everyone. A ten dollar donation is appreciated, and mat rentals are two dollars, yet the mission of this yoga studio is to offer lessons for anyone.
Jazz Combo on Fourth Street
On Saturday, December 14, the BHS Jazz Combo will be performing on Fourth Street. Their performance will take place from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Come support BHS and enjoy the annual holiday-themed light display.
Junior Center of Art and Science
In the mood for classical music? At Hertz Hall, on the UC Berkeley campus, the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra will be playing a night show. The show is on Friday, December 13 at 8 PM. David Milnes is the conductor for this performance.
Union Square Ice Rink
Work on your figure skating at San Francisco’s famous Union Square Ice Rink this winter. Make the trip to get on the ice any time from November 6 to January 20. Warm up afterwards with a hot chocolate in Ghirardelli Square.

All Out Comedy Theater
On Friday, December 6 at 8:30 PM, the All Out Comedy Theater is hosting a comedy show. It is an interactive show with funny interruptions from the host. The name of the show is Interruption Show, and it will be hosted by comedian Dalia Malek.
SF Crosstown Trail
Hike or bike along all or part of the 17-mile trail, which connects the many historic neighborhoods of San Francisco. The newly-opened path allows all who want to journey from Candlestick Park to Land’s End and anywhere between.
The Holiday Meal preparation begins on Friday, December 13 with decorating, arranging food, and more. December 14, will be the meal, where volunteers can serve food and clean up. Sign up now as the spots fill up quickly.
