Berkeley High School boys and girls lacrosse teams faced off against Bishop O’Dowd High School in the Western Alameda County Conference (WACC) League Championships on Friday, May 1, 2026. The girls squad pulled away with the Division ll title after falling down to 3-4 deficit in the first half, finishing off the day with a riveting 9-8 victory. This year marked the second consecutive title for the girls team and punched them a ticket into North Coast Section playoffs. The boys team dominated their competition, finishing with a 19-12 win and the Division l league championship. This league title for the program now stands as a three-peat of championship wins and propels the team into the Division l NCS playoffs.
