BHS sports sees increasing attendance

A crowd, decked out in colorful flower necklaces, packed into the tropical Homecoming football game on the afternoon of Saturday, October 15 to watch the Berkeley High School Yellowjackets defeat the Washington Huskies in a 53-19 blowout. There were many BHS football alumni in attendance, including Nathan Dahl, class of 1999.
The Berkeley High School Yellowjackets went up against the Miramonte Matadors on Friday, August 26. Per the game’s blackout theme, students arrived dressed in all black to show their Yellowjacket pride. BHS played an amazing first two quarters with “stout defense and explosive offense,” according to head coach David Perry.
